Job Description Location : Headcorn Primary School, Kings Road, Headcorn, Ashford, TN27 9QT Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Contract: Casual Contract Pay: Up to £13.50 What you’ll do day-to-day: Ensure the safety of all swimmers and spectators during swimming sessions. Supervise pool activities, enforcing safety rules and maintaining a fun but secure environment. Respond swiftly and effectively to any emergencies, providing first aid when required. Conduct regular safety checks on pool areas and equipment. Promote water safety awareness and positive behaviour around the pool. Maintain professionalism and act as a JAG ambassador, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged.
