Overview

We are looking for Officers to join our Student and Programme Support (SPS) Team at our Frenchay and Glenside Campuses. These roles are offered on a fixed term basis until October 2026. You will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering high quality, student-focused support. When working on campus SPS are in our School offices alongside other professional services teams supporting the student journey through a professional administrative service to our students and academics. As an Officer within the Team, you will supervise the work of Administrators within the team. You’ll have the support and guidance of the School Team Leader and your officer peers.

Responsibilities

* Supervise the work of Administrators within the SPS team, with support from the School Team Leader and officer peers.
* Provide professional administrative service to our students and academics, supporting the student journey.
* Contribute to delivering high quality, student-focused support within a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the university, communicating effectively and building strong working relationships.


Qualifications and requirements

* Strong customer service ethos, enthusiasm and proactivity, and the ability to prioritise work. Provide advice and support to internal and external customers.
* Excellent team working and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the university.
* Strong client focus and the ability to contribute to delivering the best experience for students.
* Adaptability, calm and professional manner. Willingness to learn through an induction programme and in-house training and development courses.
* Wide range of administrative experience and good IT skills including email and MS Office.
