We provide all new members with our mandatory training programme, and further client-specific training where necessary. We offer our members a variety of work patterns with service users throughout East Lancashire. We can offer flexibility with either full time, part time or bank position's.
The Role:
Tasks may include:
1. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Support with mobility and transfers to help clients move safely around their home
3. Help with meal preparation and light household chores to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
4. Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions
5. Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
6. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors
