We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Role: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products and services. Utilise inhouse CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate matters when necessary. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues alike.
