The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students thrive both academically and personally. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ 1:1 Support – Assisting individual students in overcoming barriers to learning. ✅ Tailored Learning – Adapting resources and strategies to suit a variety of needs. ✅ Collaborative Teaching – Working closely with class teachers to create engaging and supportive lessons. What We’re Looking For Qualified – Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or similar). Great Communicator – Able to build positive, trusting relationships with students. Behaviour Confident – Skilled in supporting those with emotional and behavioural challenges. Caring & Committed – Patient, proactive, and dedicated to making a difference. Compliant – Able to provide references and clear a DBS check. *All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
