Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for a Quality Auditor to join our Technical & Hygiene team based at our Methwoldsite.
Responsibilities
* Provide essential technical support across shift operations, ensuring all products meet Food Legislation, BRC standards, and internal quality expectations.
* Carry out regular audits of products, processes, and personnel, identifying non‑conformances and working with operational teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
* Monitor hygiene standards, ensuring production only begins when required conditions are met, and that cleaning processes are effective across the site.
* Promote a strong quality culture, coach operators on quality systems, support investigations, and ensure accurate documentation and communication across shifts.
* Have authority to stop production when standards are not met, protecting product integrity, customer trust, and operational excellence.
* Work a night‑shift only schedule.
Qualifications
* Presentable background within a food manufacturing role, ideally focusing on quality assurance.
* Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety principles.
* Computer literacy with the ability to manage documentation and data.
* Attention to detail, a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
* A team‑focused mindset with a commitment to high standards.
