THE ROLE
As a key player, you'll forge strategic partnerships with leading automotive retail groups, understanding their goals, cultivating relationships, and driving growth through consultative selling. Working with our Customer Success, OEM, and B2B marketing teams, you'll ensure our value proposition resonates with potential partners and accelerates our growth into new products and services.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with automotive retailers
* Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners, working closely with Customer Success to exceed expectations
* Collaborate with OEM and B2B teams to position Carwow as the preferred choice for automotive retailers
* Deliver presentations to C-suite executives, articulating our value proposition and securing buy-in
* Optimize sales processes through data analysis and CRM management
* Provide insights to inform product and marketing strategies
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Proven success in automotive retail sales, ideally selling into top dealership groups
* A hunter mentality and passion for new business development
* A team-player with a desire to help grow a high-performing team
* Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Organizational ability, including CRM management
* Willingness to travel nationally and be partner-facing
