An innovative SaaS company in the healthtech space is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join their growing engineering function. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scaling infrastructure, improving automation, and supporting a secure and compliant deployment environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure for cloud and on-premise environments
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub, and ArgoCD
* Manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm and support container-based environments using Docker
* Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
* Ensure security best practices across infrastructure and internal systems
* Support compliance with ISO 9001, 27001, and 13485 standards including participation in audits
* Manage business IT systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hardware provisioning
* Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support product delivery and reliability
Key Skills
* Strong knowledge of AWS and familiarity with other cloud providers
* Proficiency in Linux systems, particularly Debian
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
* Skilled in scripting with shell or bash
* Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
* Familiarity with SQL databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL
* Understanding of IT service workflows and user provisioning
* Experience supporting security reviews, tenders, and client assessments
