Job Description
3. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
4. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
5. Provide administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
6. Handle incoming calls and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
7. Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers as required.
8. Assist with the organisation of events and meetings, including catering arrangements.
9. Ensure the reception area and communal spaces are tidy and presentable at all times.
10. Support the wider team with ad-hoc duties as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Host should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar role e.g. in hospitality, cabin crew etc.
12. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
14. Proficiency in standard office software and tools.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
16. A professional and welcoming demeanour.
