As a Legal Officer, Enforcement and Appeals, you will provide practical legal support across a wide range of regulatory matters. You will assist in the preparation and review of notices, decision letters and enforcement documentation, while also supporting the management of appeals, challenges and representations from providers. The role involves conducting legal research and analysis to inform decision‑making and working closely with inspectors, caseworkers and senior colleagues to ensure that decisions are robust and legally sound. You will liaise with external legal providers as needed and help to coordinate the progression of cases, maintaining accurate records throughout and contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes.
