To deliver consistent support, ensuring all needs are met for our senior leadership team.
You will provide consistent and accurate administrative support whilst managing the daily movements and activities of our group of executives. You will manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and ensure all meetings are organised efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage busy and complex calendars
2. Coordinate national and international travel arrangements
3. Take accurate meeting notes where required
4. Support in creating documentation and presentations
5. Prioritise emails and other communications to ensure quick and appropriate responses
6. Support in business event planning (for internal and external stakeholders)
7. Proactively suggest ways to improve coordination within the Executive Team
8. Perform other duties as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a similar role
* Confidence in using Microsoft communication platforms
* Ability to communicate complex information effectively
* Discretion in handling sensitive information
* Proven track record of working with diverse stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong attention to detail
Desirable Attributes:
* Must be a British citizen or have the right to work in the UK
* Experience in a secure environment
* Good communicator
* Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated
* Ability to obtain Security Clearance (5 years residence in the UK)
The role is full-time, office-based with occasional remote work for project completion. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000. The office is approximately 20 minutes outside Salisbury, so driving is preferred.
