Your new role
Working as apliance / Recruitment Administrator, you'll be responsible for
1. Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires into the organisations
2. Liasing with applicants regarding the process of theirpliance and required documentation and information
3. Processing right to work checks
4. Collecting and logging references as required, ensuring that references meet organisational standards
5. Ensuring that candidatepliance is met prior to starting
6. Processing of DBS requests
7. Ad-hoc recruitment andpliance admin, as required by the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be organised and have strong administrative skills. You'll be a good multitasker and be able to follow strictpliance processes. Full training will be provided, but you will need really strong attention to detail, coupled with good IT skills. You also need to be a goodmunicator and be able to identify potentialpliance risks with applicants' files and address accordingly. This is a very busy role that will be dealing with a high volume ofpliance files, so you'll need to be a real team player.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary to permanent role to start ASAP. Hours of work are 30 hours per week. Hours can be worked across 5 days, or 4 days, whatever works best for you. This is a 100% office-based role. The role is paying £ per hour. This is a temporary to permanent post.
