Residential Park Home Park Manager - Outhill Park
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with responsibility for an emergency phone outside of these hours)

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Residential Mobile Home Park Manager to take charge of a brand-new park development. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing project from the ground up, shaping the community and ensuring smooth operations as the park evolves.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the park and ensure a high standard of presentation.
* Act as the main point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service.
* Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors for repairs and improvements.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and park policies.
* Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, invoicing, and reporting.
* Support the onboarding of new residents and assist with plot handovers.
* Be available for emergency situations outside of normal working hours via the emergency phone.
Requirements
* Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Basic IT skills for administrative tasks.
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
