Administrator (with some Payroll Exposure) Location: Sutton Coldfield Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: £20-28k per annum (Depending on Experience) Are you an organised and efficient administrator with a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for a confident and proactive Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role focused on supporting day-to-day office operations, with some involvement in basic payroll tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team * Answer calls, manage emails, and maintain records and filing systems * Assist with scheduling, minute taking, and document preparation * Support with timesheet collection and liaise with payroll to ensure accuracy * Help maintain employee records and basic HR documentation * Provide ad-hoc support to management when required What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in an administrative role (essential) * Exposure to basic payroll processes or timesheet management (desirable) * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * High attention to detail and a professional manner * A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer: * Friendly and supportive working environment * Career development and training opportunities * Pension scheme and holiday allowance * Free parking Apply now with your CV and take the next step in your admin career.
