We are Active Care Group, a leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Children’s Support Worker with our young client in Letchworth.
When you'll be working
* 2 x Waking Nights a week
* Alternate Saturdays/Sundays (6-hour long day shift)
* 30 hours a week
What you'll be doing
This role is to support a little girl with complex health needs, in her family home overnight and in the mornings, and to take her to school. Our client has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and developmental delay.
Shifts will be double ups (two support workers on shift together).
Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
