Automation Specialist

What you'll be doing:
Lead the delivery of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions across the operation, owning requirements gathering, user story creation, and ensuring robust controls and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop tactical automation solutions and relevant supplementary documentation.
* Provide subject matter analysis to the business.
* Lead automations, acting as the point of contact for approving change requests.
* Highlight dependencies and duplications across deliverables.
* Maintain knowledge in your specialism.
* Take ownership of process changes within project and BAU.
* Document and advise all business requirements for automation.
* Adhere to Company Risk Management policy and procedures.
What we're looking for:
* Excellent understanding of low‑code automation solutions.
* Proven experience providing and signing off business requirements.
* Proven experience identifying automation opportunities.
* Proven experience designing, developing, testing and deploying automation applications.
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office including Visio and Outlook.
