We handle the full production process in‑house, including artwork preparation, screen creation, printing, folding and individual poly‑bag packing, ensuring every order is completed to a professional standard. As demand for our services continues to increase, we are expanding our operations and customer reach, particularly within sectors such as schools, colleges, the NHS and other organisations that require regular uniform and logo printing. To support this growth, we require a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager who can strengthen our brand presence, manage promotional activities, attract new clients and help us secure long‑term printing contracts. This role is essential for driving business development, improving customer engagement, managing online marketing and ensuring the company continues to grow in a competitive market. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering all marketing activities to promote J’s Screen Print Limited’s services, including screen printing, digital transfer printing, embroidery, and garment finishing. They will create and implement marketing strategies, manage the company’s brand identity, and oversee digital marketing across social media, the website, and online advertising platforms. The role includes producing engaging content that showcases the company’s printing processes and finished garments, managing client communications, and developing marketing materials such as brochures and service guides. The Marketing Manager will analyse market trends, identify new customer opportunities, and plan promotional campaigns to support business growth. They will monitor marketing performance, manage budgets, and prepare reports for the director. The role also involves coordinating product and service launches, maintaining strong customer engagement, and ensuring all marketing activities align with industry standards and the company’s quality‑focused reputation. SALARY RANGE: £35,000 to £51000 or depending upon experience LOCATION: Unit A 126 Weymouth Street, Leicester, LE4 6FQ JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
