Compass Associates are proud to partner with a leading national pharmacy group currently expanding its team. We're seeking a committed and professional Pharmacist to join a high-performing store in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting delivery of first-class community pharmacy services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Dispensing a high volume of items (15,000+ per month) accurately and safely
Collaborating with pharmacy colleagues to ensure effective and timely communication
Delivering essential NHS Pharmacy Services, including Flu Vaccinations and Pharmacy First
Supporting the team in meeting agreed KPIs and performance standards
Assisting in audits and following up on action plans
Adhering to company SOPs and maintaining professional standards
