The Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 support for students displaying challenging behaviour
* De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
* Support reintegration into mainstream lessons
* Supervise students in internal reflection or reset spaces
* Liaise with Heads of Year and safeguarding leads
* Track behavioural patterns and contribute to support plans
You will act as a consistent, calm presence for students who need firm boundaries and clear guidance.
