About the Role:
Jackson Hogg is currently partnering with a leading provider of care services across the UK, in their search for a Regional Surveyor to oversee property management across a portfolio of care homes in the Midlands. This is a key role ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments for residents and staff.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all aspects of property and facilities management across multiple care homes
Deliver planned preventative maintenance and manage capital improvement projects
Support and guide on-site maintenance teams and manage external contractors
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, especially around health and safety
Work closely with operations and act as the property lead for inspections and emergencies
Contribute to budget planning and control, while ensuring quality standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally RICS-qualified or working towards, or holding a relevant building/facilities management qualification
Strong background in property maintenance, building compliance, or project management
