Our client, a leading organisation in the Professional Services sector, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst Support to assist on a high-profile programme focused on a domicile change for a European entity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain exposure to legal, operations, compliance, and technology teams while playing a key part in ensuring smooth communication and administration across the project.
Responsibilities
* Execute outreach: send emails, manage schedules, and coordinate follow-ups with SMEs.
* Gather and share documentation and requirements with data providers.
* Maintain a centralised log of FAQs and responses for financial market infrastructures.
* Support meetings: prepare materials, take minutes, and track interactions.
* Ensure accurate administration and smooth project coordination.
