Overview
Permanent Contract. Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum (exclusive of a £0.27 per hour, store specific location allowance), pension and 6.6 weeks holiday. Location: B&Q Exeter. Keyholder position with shifts ranging from earliest 6 am to latest 10 pm. Full-time 36.75 hours a week.
Responsibilities
* Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations run smoothly.
* Deploy colleagues correctly to make every customer count throughout your shift.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
* Ensure the store remains safe at all times.

* Passionate about customers and doing the right thing for them.
* Possess a global view and not be constrained to specific areas of the store.
* Safety conscious and able to spot compliance opportunities with an eye for detail.
* Enjoy interacting with colleagues and working in a team.
