£31,000 - £35,000 (depending on qualifications), plus uncapped commission and quarterly bonus.

Job Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of assigned stores, ensuring smooth operations during periods of change, vacancy, or peak trade.
* Lead by example to set high standards for customer service, professionalism, and team culture, quickly building trust and credibility with new teams.
* Maintain best‑in‑class operational standards, including stock management, compliance, visual merchandising, and treatment room quality (where applicable).
* Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements are consistently followed, including regular safety checks, accurate documentation, and prompt action on identified risks.
* Drive sales, services, and KPI performance through data analysis, proactive decision‑making, effective rota planning, and strong floor management.
* Support the delivery of in‑store events, promotions, and brand initiatives to maximise commercial performance.
* Coach, motivate, and develop team members, providing clear feedback and supporting onboarding and training where needed.
* Act as a role model for Dermalogica leadership behaviours while maintaining high performance and service standards.
* Deliver an exceptional, personalised, education‑led customer experience, championing consultations and advanced services in both standalone and partner retail environments.
* Collaborate closely with the Flagship Business Manager and wider retail leadership teams, providing detailed handovers, sharing best practices, and supporting consistency across locations.
* Contribute to new store openings, refits, launches, and broader business change initiatives.
Qualifications
* Education: Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (equivalent qualifications acceptable). This is an essential requirement.
* Minimum 2 years management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
* Out‑going, creative thinker with the ability to create engaging customer experiences.
* Passion for skin health and the ability to inspire others.
* Finish NVQ 3 or 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent) at time of application and be able to provide certificate at interview.
