As a Shift Engineer, you will ensure the flawless operation, safety, and maintenance of all hotel systems, facilities, and equipment. Youll be a key part of a small, dedicated team that upholds the highest standards of presentation and performance throughout the property, ensuring guests experience the uncompromising luxury synonymous with Bulgari.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Respond promptly to guest and operational maintenance requests, particularly during night shifts.
Monitor building management systems (BMS) and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
Support smooth handovers between day and night shifts, ensuring clear communication and continuity.
Maintain detailed records of works completed, materials used, and any incidents or system anomalies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hotel Shift Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work predominantly night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
