This new, exciting initiative aims to empower the local community to improve their general health and wellbeing, as well as supporting local individuals with help and information around community safety issues like doorstep crime, scams, and fraud.
We are looking to recruit an Healthy Worcestershire Administrator This is a part-time job working 20 hours per week with a salary of £23,500 pro-rata.
The Healthy Worcestershire Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Project Coordinator with the day to day administrative duties of the Healthy Worcestershire service. This will involve a range of responsibilities which will include dealing with incoming referrals and queries into the service via telephone, email, and our website, triaging possible service users and partners, supporting wellbeing staff with general issues, and collecting service related data when required by the Project Coordinator.

This is an exciting new opportunity for an aspiring or experienced administrator to join the Healthy Worcestershire programme, and to contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of the local community.
Role Summary
Assist the Project Coordinator with the set-up and day-to-day running of the new Healthy Worcestershire project.
Triage all incoming phone calls, emails, and messages into the Healthy Worcestershire Service, and ensure that service users are booked or referred to their desired sessions or partner services.
Support the Project Coordinator with the scheduling of staffing across the Healthy Worcestershire project.
Support the Project Coordinator to ensure that all targets, performance measures, and outcomes are achieved successfully for the Healthy Worcestershire service.
Assist with data collection and KPI reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required by commissioners.
Inputting confidential and sensitive information into the Patient Information System.
Support the Project Coordinator to research, locate, set up, and review new venue/clinic opportunities, ensuring that they meet the service requirements as set out by commissioners and other stakeholders.
Work closely and develop sustainable relationships with local partners including Pharmacies, GPs and secondary care providers in the development, promotion and delivery of the Worcestershire Health project.
Assist with the creation of content to market the service across the Worcestershire locality.
Assess and interpret clinical information regarding referred patients whilst maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
Establish good rapport and relationships with patients to maintain participation and involvement in the programme.
Have a flexible approach to working hours in order to meet the needs of the service.
Maintain accurate records and information systems in line with Solutions 4 Health policies.
Assist in monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the effectiveness of programme interventions.
Have good organisation skills, an awareness of data protection, and patient confidentiality.
Experience of working to tight deadlines and targets.
Required Skills/Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
A Level or equivalent qualifications.
Competent with MS Office and other bespoke software used for patient data records
IT skills and experience with data inputting
