Senior HR
An established organisation operating within a complex, regulated environment is seeking a Senior HR Lead to head its HR function and partner closely with senior stakeholders.

The Role
This is a senior, hands‑on HR leadership position with responsibility for delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the organisation's HR strategy in line with business objectives
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people‑related matters
* Managing employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
* Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and internal governance standards
* Overseeing HR policies, processes, and systems
* Driving engagement, capability development, and succession planning initiatives
The Person
You will be a confident and commercially minded HR professional, comfortable operating in a senior leadership environment and managing complex people matters.
You will demonstrate:
* Extensive experience in a senior HR management or leadership role
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Experience working in structured, regulated, or operational organisations
* A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach
* CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
