What Youll Do:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
* Professionally handle and resolve formal complaints via email.
* Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues.
* Provide accurate information and solutions for property:related questions.
* Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
What Youll Bring:
* Proven customer service experience, ideally in a remote setting and with complaint handling.
* A strong customer:focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal correspondence).
* Strong problem:solving abilities and a proactive approach.
* Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
* The ability to work independently with a dedicated, quiet home work space and reliable internet.
* A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
Bonus Points:
* Experience in property management or real estate relayed sector.
* Familiarity with Dwellant property or management software.
* Experience in complaint resolution or de:escalation.
