We are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School teacher to join our team in Caerphilly. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Welsh primary curriculum, working with students to develop their academic and social skills, and contributing to the overall development of our school community.
Key Details:
* Salary: £831.65 - £1,240 per week (depending on experience and qualifications)
* Start Date: September 2025 (potential to start earlier)
Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the Welsh National Curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
* Differentiate teaching methods to support diverse learning needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
* Strong knowledge of primary curriculum and teaching strategies.
* Passion for working with young children.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Preferred: Ability to drive (not essential).
