The Role
This is a pivotal role supporting our finance and commercial teams by providing efficient and effective Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions. As a lead model builder, you will drive the development, maintenance, and integration of financial and non-financial models within the Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring our systems are robust, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Development & Modeling: Lead the end-to-end process of building and maintaining complex Pigment models for the Finance function, adhering to best practices. This includes supporting the transition of existing models from Anaplan to Pigment.
2. Stakeholder Management: Conduct thorough requirements gathering and manage stakeholder needs to ensure models fully meet business objectives and specifications.
3. Data Integration: Establish and maintain robust data integrations, specifically building connections from AWS into Pigment, in close collaboration with the Technology team.
4. Quality Assurance & Control: Oversee testing, support with writing comprehensive test scripts, and ensure all models are fit for purpose, making necessary changes and rolling them forward accurately each financial year.
