Our client is a leading provider of Total Waste Management solutions. A vast multi-national brand, they continue to provide innovative, environmentally sound solutions to clients worldwide.
They are currently looking to recruit a Head of Sales to manage two of their sales teams in the UK.
Managing a team of BDM’s selling high value, complex, solution led Total Waste Management solutions, our client are looking for an individual with a proven track record gained in a similar Corporate/Major Accounts Manager role.
Waste management industry experience is obviously preferred however my client is also happy to consider individuals from other industries used to managing teams selling similar solutions on a contract basis.
What you need:
1. Experience gained managing sales teams targeting high value corporate accounts on a new business, new logo basis.
2. Exposure to the waste management sector or similar.
3. Exposure to recognised sales methodologies such as Challenger, Miller Heiman, SPIN etc
4. High developed commercial acumen.
5. A strategic mindset.
