About the role
We need a strong sales individual with a tenacity to support their customers and provide the very highest standards of customer service. We expect the candidate to be able to forge exceptional relationship with their customers to ensure that Exclusive Networks is their Distributor of choice through competent delivery of Exclusives value add proposition.
The candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to manage, develop and retain customers accounts through a telephone-based role. A key focus is on winning net new business through these partners.
As the Internal Account Manager you will:

o Achieve all financial and performance related KPI’s
o To create new or reactivate customer relationships. Closing - deals and demonstrable capability to influence and impact target achievement, utilising upsell and cross sell techniques.
o Taking corrective action in the event we are at risk of falling behind target.
o Ensuring that our customers are getting the best from their relationship with our business to aid us in our organic growth targets and beyond.
o To create net new vendor /service opportunities with partners.
o Ensuring we maximise opportunities which come through to us and engender a culture of pro-active sales professionals.
o Take ownership of issues until fully resolved and ensure customer satisfaction, which includes the assessment and management of customer credit lines.
o Strong follow up and negotiation skills.
o Reporting on progress, concerns and successes to include the management of high level business plans and customer white spacing .
o Deliver tangible results through our Focus Days.
o Manage an accurate pipeline of sales opportunities and forecast accurately.
