What you'll be doing: As part of our Service & Infrastructure team in the Product & Technology Group, you’ll act as the bridge between project delivery and operational support — making sure new services are fully ready to go live and built to last. You’ll: Be the go-to contact for smooth service handovers from projects into live operations Work closely with Product, Technology and Project teams to ensure changes are delivered with minimal disruption Lead service readiness reviews and assess transition quality Coordinate risk management and readiness plans for go-live success Document support models, acceptance criteria, and service processes Help run go/no-go meetings and transition workshops Collaborate with suppliers and outsourced partners on governance and delivery ?? What you'll bring: ? ITIL Foundation certification ? Experience in IT Service Management, Service Readiness, or Transition ? Excellent stakeholder and communication skills ? Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments ? Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities ? A proactive mindset — you’ll spot issues before they become problems Bonus if you’ve got experience with large vendor landscapes or enjoy making structure from ambiguity. ??
