Role Title: Adviser Enablement Lead
Location: Hybrid in the Glasgow region – with travel as required
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
SMCR Function: This is a Certified Role
Purpose of the role: To support the Head of Adviser Enablement and Regional Lead IFAs in achieving outstanding client service, driving revenue growth, and ensuring retention in line with targets.
The Regional Adviser Enablement Lead will:
* Support Regional Adviser Leads to meet individual and regional targets
* Act as the conduit between functions and Regional Adviser Lead
* Develop workflow processes and documentation to operationalize the commercial function
* Drive efficiencies through centralized and national MI/BI, systems, and processes
* Identify technical training needs and collaborate with L&D / Advice Quality Manager to provide solutions
Leadership – Regional: Support Regional Lead IFAs and IFAs to grow the business and achieve targets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service to the IFA community.
Growth strategy: Work with Regional Lead IFAs to devise regional growth strategies to meet revenue targets.
Process improvement: Enhance the sales function by working with Product and Client Services to improve advice effectiveness. Act as a bridge between support functions to identify improvements, solve problems, and enhance efficiencies, focusing on client experience and retention.
Target setting and incentives: Collaborate with Adviser Enablement and Regional IFA Leads to set revenue targets and allocate them appropriately across regions and advisers.
Client bank management: Work with Regional Lead IFAs on client allocations, including changes and reallocation, to improve profitability and client interests.
Lead generation: Coordinate with Marketing and Central Intelligence to ensure tools are in place for lead generation and identify opportunities within existing client banks using insights and pipeline tools like Hubspot.
Reporting and data quality: Ensure the accuracy of all commercial data for the region and provide performance reports to senior stakeholders, Regional Leads, and Advisers.
IFA performance management and development: Monitor IFA performance, compliance, and governance, working with support functions to identify training needs and track progress.
Regulatory compliance: Liaise with Group Compliance on regulatory issues, assist with projects, and ensure IFA performance aligns with FCA standards and Ascot Lloyd's policies.
