What We Offer

To carry out maintenance and repairs to equipment within the Workshop, maintaining documentation of all works carried out in line with Health and Safety and Quality procedures.

* Prepare FLT’s to the standard required for STR rental and USED sales, with all that this entails, and order the necessary spare parts as efficiently as possible.
* Adhere to all company H&S and Environmental and site policies, procedures and practices, ensuring we operate in an environmentally safe workplace.
* Ensure K1SS and all paperwork/IT systems are completed accurately and within the stipulated time period with the relevant order numbers.
* Liaise with the first line of management for authorisation of parts and process order numbers accordingly.
* Work under own initiative without constant supervision.
* Ensure all allocated work is adhered to and notify Manager if in arrears.
* Ensure that the specified Engineering Standards and Safe Working Practices and all Company Policies and Procedures are followed at all times.
* Ensure that all stock levels/movement records are accurate and correct.
* Ensure all company issued equipment is kept in a satisfactory condition and report any failures.
* Take on any reasonable additional duties as required by the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Workshop.

Tasks And Qualifications

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent associated occupation.
* Electrical hydraulic and/or mechanical competencies.
* Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal colleagues.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Complete tasks to a high standard.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A positive and can-do attitude.
* Deliver first class customer service at all times.
* Flexible to adapt to the changing needs of the role.
* A desire to be a Linde/STILL brand ambassador.
