The service is undergoing a post-regulatory improvement programme, with a focus on embedding strategic leadership, regulatory assurance, and resident-focused service delivery. The role supports transformation across multiple housing functions including tenancy management, especially and focussing on, identifying vulnerabilities and knowing our tenants. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of service improvement plans aligned with regulatory standards (e.g. Social Housing Regulation Act, Consumer Standards). Co-produce policies, procedures, and service models with staff. Coordinate cross-functional working groups to deliver priority improvement projects. Contribute to and implement performance frameworks and service standards. Draft business cases, project plans, and reports for senior leadership and governance boards.
