Are you a highly motivated individual with previous Contracts and Account Management experience?\n\nWe are supporting a company based in Slough who are recruiting for a full time Senior Commercial Manager. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and paying a salary of £60k per annum. This role offers hybrid working; however, you must be able to drive/have your own car and be able to commute/travel to different locations for meetings.\n\nDuties will include:\n\nResponding promptly and professionally to inbound and outbound enquiries\nManaging and supporting the Sales and Account Management teams to help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, sales, and growth\nMonitoring and reviewing KPIs and contributing to budgets and reports to ensure sale targets are achieved for the business to improve performance and maximize growth\nIdentifying new business opportunities, contributing to business strategies and developing commercial products to support business objectives\nResponsible for the financial management of commercial projects\nEnsuring business activities comply with regulations, compliance, and policies, as well as identifying risks liability and commitments of contractual arrangements\nDrafting, approving, and managing contract documentation\nResponsible for building relationships with clients and colleagues\nImplementing opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies across the business\nOrganising procurement activities and undertaking commercial due diligence of new suppliers\nSupporting the creation of proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients\nReporting to the Head of Commercial and supporting them with ad hoc tasks when requiredTo be successful, you must have previous experience working within a commercial role, with strong knowledge of different contract types such as Services, Goods, SaaS, and Software Licences.
