Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor: * Conducting Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 * Collecting samples of suspected ACMs and ensuring accurate documentation * Producing clear, compliant survey reports * Communicating with clients and providing practical guidance on asbestos management * Working safely and professionally, following all internal procedures and legislative requirements Experience Required: * BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) – essential * Experience delivering asbestos surveys across a range of property types * A solid understanding of HSG264 and related regulations * Strong communication skills and a methodical approach to work * A full UK driving licence On offer for the chosen Asbestos Surveyor is a competitive basic salary with a company vehicle, fuel card, pensi...
