Junior Buyer

We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our Engineering Support Services (ESS) Spares team in Kettering, supporting parts ordering and supplier coordination across the business.

What you will be doing:
* Processing parts requests for field engineers and internal teams
* Raising and chasing orders to ensure parts arrive on time
* Processing sales orders and sending order confirmations
* Creating and maintaining part numbers and supplier details
* Helping resolve delivery issues, shortages, and supplier queries
What we are looking for:
* Some experience in administration, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar role (engineering experience helpful but not essential)
* Good organisation skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
* Keen to learn and develop within a procurement environment
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit other sites occasionally
