We require strong application lifecycle management experience across an estate of SaaS and hybrid applications. We need strong Microsoft 365 applications and services experience in an organisational setting. We require hands-on experience managing SharePoint Online. We need experience working with core business enterprise systems such as Finance, CRM, HR, and Payroll. We require project management or lead experience. We need experience delivering projects to install or upgrade commercial SaaS software applications, including implementation, build, configuration, UAT/testing, UX, training, and support. We require experience leading or mentoring teams, including line management, performance management, and team motivation. We need strong supplier management capabilities. We prefer relevant certifications such as Microsoft, vendor-specific, PRINCE2, or ITIL. We prefer experience implementing or operating Microsoft Purview capabilities. We prefer experience with Azure Power Apps. We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We require excellent verbal and presentation communication skills with a strong customer service focus. Responsibilities: We will own and improve the organisations application estate and associated integrations end to end. We will act as product owner and manage the application roadmap. We will drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and upgrades across the digital estate. We will promote usability, adoption, and value from our systems. We will project manage implementations and upgrades. We will manage stakeholders and provide reporting. We will manage third-party suppliers. We will create and maintain the product roadmap. We will provide project management and support service provision. We will maintain the super user network. We will protect data integrity and security. We will produce systems documentation and training. We will support ongoing system enhancements as part of a wider digital transformation and service improvement programme.
