We’re looking for a Third-Party Logistics Manager to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities; it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers. We’re currently based in Kemble, but our head office will be moving to Swindon by Spring 2026 - an exciting next step in our adventure, and a chance for you to be part of it from the start.

What you’ll be doing

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with DHL and internal stakeholders
* Acting as the main point of contact between DHL and Cotswold Outdoor Group
* Leading regular performance and cost reviews with DHL
* Ensuring internal teams provide accurate and timely information to DHL
* Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking action to meet or exceed contract expectations
* Supporting DHL to identify and implement improvements to optimise our operation
* Making sure DHL meets all contract requirements, including reporting, asset protection, procedures, and customer contact
* Collaborating with teams and DHL to ensure smooth, seamless operations
* Developing strategies to support long-term growth in the DHL operation


We’re looking for someone who

* Understands logistics, supply chain management, and third-party logistics operations
* Has experience managing a third-party logistics operation and delivering strategic projects
* Can lead cost optimisation and continuous improvement programmes
* Uses data and supply chain systems (ERP, WMS) to drive decisions
* Can implement changes and help teams adopt new processes
* Has strong commercial skills, including budgeting, negotiation, and cost management
* Holds relevant qualifications or professional membership in supply chain, project delivery, or continuous improvement (advantageous)
