The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected British manufacturing business with a proud heritage, strong brand reputation, and an international customer base.
They are now seeking an experienced International Sales Managerto lead and grow key customer relationships across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact, hands-on commercial role within a design-led manufacturing environment, supplying high-quality products to premium and luxury sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing B2B customer accounts across the UK, France, Italy, and wider European markets
* Lead end-to-end sales activities: pitching new product lines, providing quotes, and overseeing order fulfilment
* Collaborate with production, logistics, and design teams to deliver outstanding customer service
* Identify new business opportunities aligned with the companys growth strategy
* Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
* Work closely with technical and design teams to support new product development and client-specific solutions
About You
* Proven experience in sales or business development within a non-food manufacturing environment
* Strong relationship builder with a customer-first mindset and excellent commercial judgement
* Confident communicator with solid organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working across multiple projects and managing detail in a fast-paced setting
* Tech-savvy and confident using CRM or order management systems (training provided)
* Willing and able to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings
* Full-time presence required at the companys Leeds-based HQ
