Are you a recent graduate (2023 or later) looking to gain practical experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? This role is ideal for anyone planning a career in educational psychology, teaching, or other child-focused fields. As a Teaching Assistant with Milk Education’s Graduate Programme, you’ll provide 1:1 and small-group support to students, helping them engage in learning and develop essential skills. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and multidisciplinary teams, gaining insight into SEND strategies, Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs), and inclusive classroom practice.
