As a Service & Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in:
* Responding to customer enquiries and logging service requests accurately
* Supporting the scheduling of service engineers and updating calendars
* Assisting with basic troubleshooting or passing on technical queries
* Preparing and sending quotes and invoices
* Providing regular updates to customers about their service status
