Legal Secretary – Conveyancing
East Belfast
We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Conveyancing team of a busy, well-established legal practice in East Belfast.
In this role, you will provide direct support to one solicitor, assisting with a caseload of residential conveyancing files. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a professional and friendly team, handling good quality work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
* Managing case files from instruction to completion
* Handling telephone and email enquiries
* General administrative duties including diary management and filing
Criteria:
* Previous experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within conveyancing
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
