Our team works closely with institutional investors, originators, and other stakeholders to design and execute innovative financing solutions across Europe. About the Programme Our Summer Internship is a 12-week rotational programme based in our London office in Mayfair, designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to structured finance and securitisation. The internship offers practical exposure across four key areas of our business, allowing interns to gain a well-rounded understanding of the full transaction lifecycle. Programme Structure Each intern will rotate through the following four areas, spending approximately four weeks in each: 1. Asset-Backed Finance (ABF) • Learn how we structure and execute asset-backed facilities for a range of counterparties • Gain exposure to deal modelling, transaction documentation, and investor reporting 2. Trade Receivables Finance • Understand the fundamentals of receivables-backed securitisations • Work alongside analysts on portfolio analysis and credit performance monitoring 3. Portfolio Management & Risk • Participate in ongoing monitoring of existing transactions • Assist in performance reporting, risk analysis, and investor updates 4.
