Overview:
Combine your sales experience and passion for healthcare by joining our dedicated and collaborative sales team. This role involves selling minimally invasive surgical devices used in operating rooms, focusing on building strong client relationships and following up on leads.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Arrange and travel to appointments with surgeons in hospitals and clinics to promote our products.
2. Engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses following a comprehensive 7-week training program.
3. Identify key stakeholders within your product segment.
4. Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your Regional Sales Manager.
5. Demonstrate our products to surgeons, practice staff, and nurses.
6. Attend orientation, education, and scrubs sessions.
7. Collaborate with the Customer Service team on tenders, price quotations, sample orders, and customer issues.
8. Attend conferences for surgeons and medical staff.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in medical sales within hospitals, preferably surgical, with a proven success record.
* Ability to establish professional relationships with key decision-makers.
* Experience working with accounts from prospecting through evaluation to implementation within a national framework.
* Comfortable in an operating room environment.
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Reside in the South West region (Cornwall and Devon).
