About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you’ll build meaningful connections with people who may be rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness. You’ll offer practical guidance, emotional support, and a route into essential services.
Your work will include:
Carrying out outreach across Havant and surrounding areas
Identifying and engaging with individuals experiencing homelessness
Supporting people to access accommodation, housing services, and vital resources
Working closely with local authorities, housing teams, and partner agencies
Providing advocacy, advice, and person‑centred support
Being part of a committed team within a respected homelessness support organisation
Travelling across the area (driver essential)
