Job Title : Multi-Trader Location: Based out of our Brandon office, you’ll work on sites across East Anglia - with locations matched as closely as possible to where you live. Hours of Work: 39 Hours per week Position Reports To: Supervisor / Contracts Manager What we can offer: Starting Basic Salary of £34,476 - £38,532 per annum (depending on experience) Bonus potential available for quality and productivity Company vehicle and fuel card 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays Ongoing training and development Key Roles and Responsibilities: We’re looking for experienced Multi-Traders to join our team delivering general building, maintenance and refurbishment works across a variety of settings, from domestic properties and communal areas to public buildings and commercial sites. No two days are the same, and you’ll need a good mix of practical skills, problem-solving ability and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a wider team. As the Multi-Trader, your responsibilities will include: General repairs and planned maintenance Kitchen and bathroom replacements or repairs Carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, plumbing and decorating Working in both occupied and unoccupied properties Lone working or working alongside others across sites in Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas Ensuring all works meet safety and quality standards Person Specification: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes: Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or General Builder Comfortable working across multiple trades to a good standard Able to work efficiently and to specification Friendly, reliable and professional, especially in occupied homes Full UK driving licence (essential) Your own hand tools (larger tools will be provided) An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check will be carried out.
