As a Stock Controller / Inventory Analyst, reporting to the Senior Analyst, you will manage daily cycle counts, ensure timely warehouse transactions, resolve queries, and lead site inventory analysis and process improvements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support receipt and issue of goods in the Oracle system.
2. Collaborate with store TMs to address stock inaccuracies from cycle counts.
3. Identify stock control issues and improve store processes for data accuracy.
4. Update default receiving locations for inventory accuracy.
5. Develop processes for lineside replenishment systems.
6. Coordinate with stores, quality, purchasing, and production to ensure transaction accuracy.
7. Identify excess inventory and liaise with purchasing and other sites for disposition.
8. Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
9. Interface with suppliers and purchasing to resolve delivery issues and optimize receipting.
10. Perform other duties as required within the stores function.

Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
* Minimum A-level or equivalent qualification.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* ERP/MRP systems experience, preferably Oracle.
Desirable:
* Degree qualification.
* Manufacturing industry experience.
* Experience with stock control systems.
