About The Role
Working as part of the Food & Beverage team you will provide exceptional service to our guest, exceeding expectations. Along with:
* Approach and acknowledge all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
* Provide table service for diners in the bar and restaurant where required including wine service.
* Awareness of menus, wine list and ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
* Champion guest service throughout the departments.
About You
* You'll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
* Knowledge of food safety and an understanding of allergens desirable
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Committed to working as a team
